When a home is listed by a realtor, the seller usually agrees to pay a 6% commission — 3% to their agent, and 3% to yours.
But if you don’t have an agent as the buyer, the seller’s agent often keeps the full 6% — both sides — even though you did most of the work finding the home.

What’s the catch?
There’s no catch. The only difference is that I won’t always be the one opening the door. Depending on the schedule and location, a showing partner or the listing agent might meet you at the home. But I’ll still be your agent every step of the way — negotiating, protecting your earnest money, and making sure you’re taken care of.

How does the rebate work?
Once you close on the home, we send you a check for your rebate. It’s that simple. If the seller offers a 3% commission, I keep 1% and you get the other 2% back after closing.
Are you a fully licensed Realtor?
Yes — I’ve been a full-time, licensed Realtor since January 2015. You’ll get the same level of experience and guidance as any traditional agent — just without the full-price commission.
